At AMT Digital Marketing, we provide digital marketing services including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and creative design. Since our services involve time, expertise, and ad budget management, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

1. Services

  • Digital marketing services, campaign setup, and ad spend management are non-refundable once work has started.
  • Design and creative services are non-returnable as they are customized for each client.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • If services have not been initiated or no campaigns have been launched, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • In case of billing errors or double payments, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will not cover ad spend made directly to Facebook, Google, or Instagram.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7โ€“10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Requests must be made in writing via email with relevant details (invoice number, service purchased, and reason for refund).

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Campaign management fees once campaigns are live.
  • Creative design services once delivered.
  • Third-party ad spend charges paid directly to advertising platforms.
